Today, Minister Mélanie Joly, along with Minister Steven Guilbeault, announced an investment of $700 million to support festivals and cultural events. This funding will allow the arts sector to breathe new life into the sector and adapt to the new health measures announced by the Quebec government. It will also allow many artists from all walks of life to participate fully in Canada's recovery plan.
