Can I submit my passport renewal application at the constituency office?

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)

When should I contact my constituency office about my IRCC file?

You may contact your constituency office for your IRCC file when the processing time has passed or in an emergency (illness or death). In such cases, the constituency office will be able to follow-up on your file with IRCC.

 

How can I check the processing times for my IRCC file?

What supporting documents do I need to request urgent processing of my IRCC file?

To request urgent processing, you will need a medical document issued by a doctor or a death attestation. Please note that pregnancy is not considered a medical emergency by IRCC.

 

Can I get a letter of support from my MP for my IRCC file?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a letter of support for your IRCC file.

 

Who can help me submit an IRCC application?

The constituency office cannot help you submit an application. However, some community organizations can help you with your application.
