The Government of Canada invests in Hanon Systems to strengthen Canada’s electric vehicle manufacturing industry.

The Government of Canada is investing $10 million in Hanon Systems to support the construction of Canada’s first manufacturing facility for electric compressors used in electric and hybrid vehicles. This project contributes to the new strategy to transform Canada’s auto industry will generate significant economic benefits for Canada, particularly for Ontario, including the creation of approximately 300 jobs in Vaughan.
